We don't try to push you choose which the best one. But, you can know what effective teaching actually in classroom is. From that video, we can conclude that effective teaching will happen when :
- Teacher give clear to do the task.
- Teacher used variability and flexiblelity of delivering material.
- Teacher can make the student feel entusiastic

That's right, we cannot compare one student with others because they have their different own style and capability of learning.
Your video is so nice, I think that video have been presented in PETA class and I really enjoyed it
So, Understanding about those diversty, as young generation of teachers, lets be wise and improve our skills to become a better ffacilitator for our students. will we??? :-)
